Normal production time for most items is 5 to 7 working days from the time we receive your artwork, plus shipping time. Once your order has been submitted online you must send us your photos, logos or text. This can be done by email or snail mail. Photos sent must be originals NOT WEB PHOTOS or copies made on your printer. When sent by email photos must be high resolution at least 300dpi formatted as .jpg, .tif, or .bmp and should be send as close to size of finished product as possible. Snail mail can be sent on PC formatted disc or thumb drive they will be returned to you with your order. The quality of your artwork will impact the finished product, blurry or out of focus photos cannot be corrected. Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded without prior approval of personal touch. Correct spelling of names or dates is your responsibility please check them twice before sending. Personal Touch accepts payments thru PayPal. All orders require pre-payment. Normal shipping is UPS ground and rates are based on weight and size of product, your location and delivery method used.
